Locked Utorrent Blocked By Win 7 Group Policy
Installed utorrent most recent version, but when I try to open a downloaded torrent from here a popup says the program is blocked by Local Group Policy. I don't know how to get around this or what setting(s) to change. Running Win 7 Pro, SP1, i-7-4770,10gB Ram and any help or suggestions...- paddlefoot
