medicine and Medicines are seen by AV as a virus so you get a true / false alarm ....

and something else it is only 1 file that is notice by 18 different AV's
AND NOT 18 VIRUSES .... man wake up ....

You are right to get worried but as SiteWizard told you all Medicines keygens and most Medicines are detected as viruses.
You saw 18 engines to have detected this file but believe me we have seen much more and most of them were detected from unknown engines.
Nobody has never complained that something happened using a program from here also we the uploaders that we use or have used many programs we have uploaded.
Look at this thread and you will find explanations about viruses and false positives. Then you can decide if you will install a program or not.
