Locked Adobe Authentication solutions? Portable?

Over the years it seems like no matter what custom build/installer, separate fixes, Etc I've downloaded and used eventually I get the dreaded "this is not a legitimate" adobe screen...

For me personally it's not an issue.

But my sister asked me for a copy of Photoshop and she is not tech savvy! So I was curious if possibly the portable version of Photoshop would work for a extended period of time without issues?

Or maybe there's a better solution available?

Never had an issue with portable versions especially in such programs like photoshop.
You can always try it and in case it doens't work, you can deleted.
Another solution (which I always prefer) because some are experiencing problems with the activation you can use the repack version.
