I am unsure. All photoshop and illustrator downloads off teamos aren't working for me. I've even used the adobe cleaner. and reinstalled.

It would help if you described in detail exactly what your problem is.
Describing your OS and hardware might be helpful too.
If all you say is "nothing works for me" then any answer you might get is just going to be a guess.
