I've got a issue with Acrobat DC. Even though I tick it to be installed, and at the end it says that the installation has been completed successfully, the app is not installed 🤔
Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue. What I did was simply go to the folder which has the acrobat installer and initiate the installation from there. It installs just fine and it works

For anyone who is not clear where to find the installer, it's located in the "\products\APRO\AcrobatProfessional21.0-mul" folder.

Does Neural filters work in Photoshop?

Not sure if you have figured out the solution, but Neural Filters can be enabled after sign in the Adobe account, and restart the photoshop.
