Here I've installed .NET Framework 3.5, and DirectPlay

- To change to enhanced Dark Theme, making most System Windows Black -
Go to Settings - Personalization - Themes, and select the 'Windows 11 Black' or 'Black Glass' Theme!

I've added the most recent Windows 11 themes, and an an all black Windows 11 theme to boot.
The default theme set is the Stock Windows 11 theme, with a custom Recycle Bin Icon. Changeable at your liesure.

✪ For those who don't already know, My Full Featured Builds, including this one, run about as light as my Ultra Lite builds, and nearly as light as Windows 7 Builds. If you're hesitant to to try these coming from Windows 7, or Ultra Lite builds, don't be. You can have a Full Featured, Updatable Build, that runs like an Ultra Lite.

✪ Also, for those curious, you CAN update these builds, updating my full featured updatable builds, will not ruin the customization, or performance tweaks. But, if you care about performance, I recommend you keep auto updates off, and update by installing the update packages manually, as shown in my tutorial video here:

@FBConan thank you for the 2 blackstar builds, they do seem to be as close to a perfectly optimized and light windows as possible!

Regarding win10 vs win11- Ive also noticed that win10 is faster and more responsive (even when unmodded). It does indeed seem like win10's foundation is lighter than win11's.

Still I wanted to let you know that there are users (incl. me), who are patiently waiting for your non-updateable Gamer builds. (Ultra Lite)

I prefer to not update the OS itself (plus not having the option to, which one could unintentionally activate), only prefer to update Windows Store Apps, like in Ultra Lite Gamer Builds.

Also afaik MS can re-enable some deleted services/OS components via OS updates, or re-enable services etc. which Id like to avoid.

Either way- thank you for the nice releases with the Blackstar series, have a nice weekend mate!

maybe it's finishing some scripts in the background, so you just have to wait .
