it's greyed out

that is not Builder problem...it is theme problem...
just change theme bro...

I have answered you about that in a previous post.
The mode for apps and windows is set up to dark mode, change it to light mode and if nothing happened change the theme. Use the default one not the custom.
The same answer has been given from @PasMater too.
