Locked Comparing files in two folders.

I have two folders with a lot of sub folders and thousands of files.
I want to compare these two folders and find out if they have the same file or different.
Is there any software that compares two folders for the similar files and gives us a report?
Something like hash compare but for a lot of files inside folders and sub folders at once .
Please help.

There are plenty programs for what you are asking.
Here are a few: Winmerge, BS folder compare, Meld, Diffmerge and the list goes on...................
You can Google it for better results.
