HALLMARK CARD STUDIO Installation problem

Trying to install and everything is working fine and the shortcut to desktop is showing.When the installation is finished everything disappear No shortcut..No folder..Nothing
Im running on Windows 11 Pro No antivirus
Any solutions what might be the problem?

You got the program from multiple sources....identify the problem with the link where you downloaded

I used the torrent here..Nothing wrong with the torrent .Its the installation that doesent work

Just the download also the same file, after the installation, no shortcuts and folder file, also using WIN11, thanks for the feedback...
