I use VPN rarely so I don't no buddy, I haven't tested but I can run a VPN in my VM and let you know.
Give me some time because I am not at home at the moment

I tired but it get stuck on starting windows and on safe mode the driver loading gets stuck while processing disk.sys

You haven't download the specific build so.........................
I don't know about the other builds you have tried but you can give a try at this one or ask for your problem in the thread you have downloaded from here
