Locked Help with email attached to account

hi i recently deleted one of my emails addresses and it was attached to my TeamOS and now when i click on change email it tells me:
Oops! We ran into some problems.
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

I dont know what to do and it was a big mistake and i am asking for help on how to change it
