I could not update from

Phoenix LiteOS 11 Pro+ (22621.105) to Build 22621.160 ​

During installing "Windows11.0-KB5014770-x64.cab" there is an error.

Error
Met problem(s) during processing. Success 0, failure 1, not
applicable 0. Some of the error: Oism+ + can not find the
installation source, if you need to enable NET3.5 Please mount
the ISO and then continue. [Ox800F081FI. Refer to
"Config\Dism++.log" for more information.
