Instructions are on the first post, they're easy to follow. Check if your antivirus is not blocking or deleting DISM.

i follow the instruction...
✪ Download the Package I put together (link above) to update Windows 11 22H2. -DONE Download
✪ Unzip the downloaded package, and run the 'DISM++x64' file in the DISM folder. - DONE Unzip, but whenever i try to RUN the DISM++x64 it shows Tips:
Dism++ does not allow to modify file name, it can cause plugin fail to load.
and nothing happens...

I didn't have that issue.

When I open Dism++x64, a window opens to accept their terms of service. You click accept. Then you go to "Updates", located in the left menu of the application. There are several buttons there, but you only need the "Add" button. A window pops up, and you go look for the files on the 22621.575 folder that came with the download.

I'm having an issue while installing the Windows11.0-KB5016694-x64.cab file. I'm using the latest Phoenix LiteOS Win 11 Home+ build.

which build of Phoenix LiteOS are you using? I know it's Phoenix LiteOS and I know it has Tabbed Explorer, because of yur screenshots. which build?

@FBConan has 3 builds with tabbed explorer AFAIK. If it's the Home version, I read that someone has a problem upgrading too. I haven't used the Home version of Phoenix LiteOS. just the Pro versions.

Try opening the log file created by DISM ++ in it's directory folder if an Error Code has been generated. and google for that error code. maybe it could help you out.
