Locked i dont understand, why my acc have disable download torrent, i always seed torrent

Hello all staff.
Today i have receive report is disable download torrent because didn't followed the hit and rules

I dont understand, i never stop seed torrent. my computer open 24/7.
i have check in link hit and run but only see 4 torrent having seeding, but on my computer have more than 4.
pls recheck and undisable for me download torrent.

you have to seed torrents for 72 hours before you can stop seeding. leaving your computer for 24hours does not guarantee them to be seeding. checking check your trackers and make sure both are working.

There are a couple things to keep track of.
Near the top of the page, click on "torrents"
Then click on "your torrents"

Your downloads will be listed
Now click on "seeding"

To the right of each download are 6 columns
The 4th column shows how many days a torrent was seeded

You must seed until the 4th column shows "3 days"

When it does, you can keep on seeding if you want to
Doing so builds up "Bonus Points"

When you earn enough points you can exchange them for upload credit which will help your ratio.

If you earn enough upload credit, you can use it to trade your way out of Hit & Runs.

Your bonus points can be seen at the very top menu
Click on "Your Seed Bonus"

It will also show how many bonus points needed to exchange for upload credit.

If you keep track of your torrents as shown above, you should not get anymore Hit & Runs.

@thuynt pause and restart the 4 hit and run files close torrent client and reboot pc.... and wait for them to hit 1.1 ratio or a total of 72 hours... which can be done in different increments, and not on a straight 3 day vinge! lol
