I ask this because I'm very new to windows 10. With Windows 7, It was quite easy for me to turn off all the features I knew would access the net...i.e...automatic updates...telemetry etc...I've tried quite a few pieces of software to edit these settings....gpedit/policy plus...O&O shutup...spybot etc...but there's no real way of knowing except connect online and use a LAN viewer like TCPview to see what's connecting....but....I thought maybe there was a way to not connect online and still find a way to see what's connecting or what connections are leaving the PC...like a Virtual Internet Connection or a Virtual Network to watch and see...If it's possible...it still may not lead me to the conenction or connections that are still heading out...but at least I'd know if all these settings to stop WIndows 10 from accessing online are working or not
thanks
