Problem Linux no sound card found/no sound

Hi, need help with my laptop Proline V1165C4 (Mini laptop), l tried google but still no fix.

l installed Zorin OS but l don't have sound output.
Only dummy output and it says l don't have sound card.

it happens before when l tried batocera and libreELEC only get sound when l"m using Windows.
l really like Zorin OS but the sound issue please help if u can.

Try install with lan connected with cable. Or try different cable. Not with WiFi. I remember some same issues awhile back. Connected with cable fixed it. Idk...

in that case I recommend you try linux mint... linux mint has more drivers for laptops... perhaps it works...
