This Medicines does not spy your machine for sure. Stop visiting XXX and other suspicious websites. It is on your side.

I didn't SPAM; I've just reported a situation. The forum is great but it's not infallible to some intrusion by someone malicious; so... the existence of a virus like that could happen.
I previously read the comments and the relevant ones point me to the forum announcements where is stated this: "Before we start I need to make clear that there are no absolutes when it comes to protection."
I thank you for your upload but I questioned about this particular "Virus free! 100% clean!" claim of yours! Have you any problems about questioning something?! If so, maybe you could let moderators answer to users instead. (view this comment as a positive critic, the same way I took serious yours and will try to be more assertive next time... as a community we are all learning after all, aren't we?)

indeed. I'll uninstall it from all my machines and replace it for v4.5.9.198
