Is this version of Office activated, or just the installation?

It seems the serializer is not working. I tried to make it work by repeating installation, online and offline. But it doesn't work. It can read files but not edit and create new ones.

Do you have a fix on this issue? Thanks!

Follow the steps at this section 'Tutorial: Remove Office License and Install a new Office Volume License using Serializer'.
Then, your MAC office will get activated.
