Locked Microsoft Office Backup Question

Anyone know the best way to backup Microsoft Office programs and Outlook with all the e-mails stored in it for reinstall on a fresh version of windows 10.

In Microsoft Office what you can back up are the documents created with that suite, such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, for that you only need to copy the files and save them on a pendrive, DVD or other HD or partition.
