This repack includes the Fabric Modloader, Optifine, Faithful Resource Pack (64x64) and these QoL Mods:

Xaeros Minimap v22.13.2 and WorldMap v1.26.6 - Map and Radar (B key to install waypoints and M for customization)
RoughlyEnoughItems (REI) v9.1.530 - A list of items and recipes in the inventory
WTHIT v5.11.3 - A hint about the blocks we are looking at
ModMenu v4.0.6 - For displaying a list of installed mods

All installed mods:

I'm running it under Linux using Wine, so fonts might look wonky. Fonts will be fine on windows

Run the EXE, it will extract the game contents to specified dir.
Parts of the initial setup will be in Cyrillic, don't worry about that.
The game language can be set to English and a lot of other langs.

KVRT was scanning though each and every MC asset, it took a long while and my VM crashed.
I'm attaching just the scans of the EXE and Jar file.

I tried PolyMC launcher which is a minecraft launcher for legit accounts with a built in mod manager in the launcher itself and it wasn't compatible with the SteamOS : P
Probably something was wrong with proton (on the Windows version) or something with dependencies on the Arch version of the launcher : P
Well, it's not like I play the multiplayer mode in this game.

Hope it worked, it actually ran really well for me using WINE.
Try using MultiMC maybe, it's what's PolyMC is forked from and works well on my Arch system. Apart from that, TLauncher is GREAT for mod management and stuff, but using it with legit accounts is sketchy IMO.

You can put the mod files for this specific version in the "mods" folder of your minecraft directory
