On this aged PC(Dell-Intel Core i5-25xxM, 4 GM Ram),i swithed from Pure II to this build(a loaned copy from a friend).
The end result: this build is a space ship, except in my case-I need a wifi usb stick to finish the installation.
IMHO- it does worth every penny you spend.

as one of my hobbies, i love to test , test and test some interesting apps including OS on physical gig.
a close friend of mine loaned me a ISO copy, i take a liberty to install and take a spin. Then tell pals what i feel.
If this of mine innocent actions has caused and will cause any inconvenience or disturbance to your operation, i WILL stop doing it.
But my hobbies goes on and on.
As to the question-how to get this copy? i have mentioned that a friend of mine loaned me a copy ISO, and i take a run for fun. I NEVER , will never ask him the source of his copy. Hoping you and your staff DO respect my tiny privacy. Many thanks for your concerns. Have a good day.

Usually the language info is for installation but after you will probably see this is settings. I hope i am right.

Out of curiosity, why isn't net framework 4.8 integrated by default as well? Also the theme is butt ugly, any way to change it back to default?

For your first question, it was author choise.
As for the second add another theme or choose the default one (windows), go to settings>personalization>themes
