how to pen cdr files please any help

Does CDR mean Call Detail Record?

Are you talking about files with a "cdr" extension?
If so, what app do you use to open them?

Have you seen messages asking for a ransom payment?
If so, tell us exactly what they say.
Better still, show a screen capture.

Google "Ransomware Decryption Tools"... Personally, I use a custom HBCD_PE/GrimTeamOSPorts, SANSDISK 256Gb dual USB rescue drive to do just that

you can't open these files with corel draw? What about using another photo editor? This actually sounds like something that you need to post in the Corel forums

According to your image, the file extensions still appear to be .cdr.

I think that 8261V relates to what type of tile it is.
If these are Corel files then I would expect them to be associated with Coreldraw or some other app that understands them.
Perhaps the app associated with cdr files on your machine has changed?

Have you tried opening one using "File open" from within Coreldraw?

Try to reinstall CorelDRAW or change the default open with in to the property

i did with new installation i formated my windows partition then i installed new coreldraw , situation same , total one partition full that extension was renamed, normally these happens to corporate system only , but how this happened to me i do know?

Inkscape will open CDR files if Inkscape sees and recognizes the file and in fact opens it, this would suggest the file has not been corrupted and solve that particular part of the problem
