Note: After you done in OOBE setup there is error message or blackscreen pop up on your screen just click the error message ok or ignore it just be patient wait for the desktop will be done preparing for you only in first time boot happened

: Windows defender completely removed for this build and also windows update disabled, windows auto upgrade disabled.. Not activated but Medicines included in the link given

Additional Note: It just my first time build and if I made a mistake of it my apologize and if you have any suggestion and comments just put it below in order to improve my build soon

Your virus scan image is not acceptable because it does not show WHAT was scanned.

We want to know WHAT was scanned and the scan RESULTS. How you provide that information doesn't mattter. You can do it with words, with pictures or with a combination of both.
Please update your thread with a better scan result.

Your upload is an ISO so you should extract or mount it and then scan it with Avast.
You have already posted a results image so you could say what you scanned in words.
Add these words, or something similar, at the bottom of your description.

"Scanned extracted ISO folder with Avast, 0 Detections"

That's what I would do.

If you really want to provide all the information in a single image then here are some examples of virus scan images that show what was scanned and the scan results.

Yes you can go to start menu and find winaero program then run it when running find below disable windows update click on it and in the right side you can see box with check, just unchecked it and close the program restart pc at last
