Os Activation

I have been using my copy of Windows 7 for the last three years which i wish was recognised as a viable 'true copy'.
If i use this software All Activation Windows 7-8-10 V16.5 (2017) 'The Rain' will i be able to do so.
The thought of meddling with my OS settings really scares the bejeezuz outta me and i'd just like to know if its as safe as its made out to be..?

In this kinda situation i'd consider myself a complete n00b.

Any advice you could give me would be a great help.

im not to sure what your trying to ask so here goes

1) all windows here are viable
2) using an Medicines does not change windows it just well activates it
3) meddle as much as your want this is why we have a restore function if you fail
