1990??? I think you will get an answer at 2090 if you don't explain why do you need this fixed date?
For what reason?

Hi

Jimmy Collaros,

actually, i have license limited time for special program, so if i set the date before 2015 the program working fine , is there an exe file " On time Run " to set the date manually and keep it fix?

I don't use Virtual Machines so i cannot help.
You gave me your answer but you must wait for someone that is using Virtual Machines to tell you if it can be done and how to do it.
There are many people here that are using Virtual Machines so be patient and wait for an answer i believe it will come soon.

@wael zakzouk
Your program might be pulling the date in many several different ways, e.g.: bios system date, windows folder date, windows system files date,...
The solution you're seeking, covering all those options, has been extensively debated and solved over VM forums.
Therefore, copying and pasting the complete solutions from there to here would be a waste of time... won't you agree?
However, i leave a link for you to get started - "How do I Freeze a date in VM?"
Code:
https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=88195&sid=ac1183dc842429ca5f51387f059cb413

Simpler solutions (e.g: RunAsDate) may or may not work in your case.
With the above approach it's bullet proof ;)

I don't need RunAsDate but I like its function so I'm gonna grab it -- who knows I might find a need for it one day...

I had written a small program for autoplay studio that changed the system date by using a batch file.
Qi7BMH.png

In notepad write line date 26/10/2015 (for EUR format)
or

date 10/26/2015 (for US format) and save to VM desktop as changedate.bat
Use whatever date you wish to change to then run bat file from desktop as Administor

I have a simpier solution for you, why you don't install the latest version of VMware, the one you have its very old from what I can understand (2015)
The latest the better, several bugs have been fixed.
We have a few here ;)

Yes, because his serial number is blacklisted

Why not just go to "goodwill" or similar store where you live, and buy an older "junk" pc and turn it into a standalone machine which is SET to the specific DATE and TIME you want? When done using it for whatever purpose, it can always be turned into a seedbox or storage box. Here in the USA I can buy one of the above mentioned machines complete for about $50.

commandline: C:\>date 01012015 <enter> (Jan 1st 2015)
commandline: C:\>time 12:00a <enter> (12am midnight)

Very easy solution:
Open notepad. write:

date 11-11-1990

Then Save As as batch (.bat) "Change Date.bat" file on your desktop.
Now just right click it 'Run as Admin' and voila.
You can add it to your Startup folder if too lazy to click it.
