Hello
I can't seed any torrent and i don't know why and what is the problem, and my internet connection is also fine.
I have tried restarting the computer and the network problem is still the same, and I have even changed several versions of the torrent client.
Maybe there is a solution, thanks.

This looks like its a problem either with utorrent settings or your firewall. 1. Actively refused means that the communication is blocked and 2. offline.. well our tracker is not offline so something is probably blocking the connection.
Just for testing, can you please download qbit and try with a single torrent and see if that works?

The firewall seems to be blocking it.

To test it, turn off the firewall for a few seconds.

If utorrent is then able to connect to the tracker, check the firewall settings

Interesting suggestion and I have tried it. I have tried downloading one of the torrents and it failed.
means there is something wrong with my internet connection. Thank You

I have tried turning off the firewall, and I restarted the PC and the network results were like this. I think someone is deliberately sabotaging my connection.

Just so you know, I checked your account and you have zero issues from our side, no blocks or restrictions.
I think it might be your ISP blocking either a high volume of multiple connections such as hosting of multiple torrents can create, cause I see some of your torrents connect and some don't, or in general it might have issues with their outgoing connections at the time.

Uninstall UT and try qbittorrent
- windows should ask permission to pass through firewall
make sure the folder you are downloading to has enough space 🤔 good luck

I've experienced the same problem with utorrent. It won't connect at times because everything is blocked, but I can download the same torrent on another device using the same internet connection.

Utorrent 2.2.1 is better than any of the latest versions. Take a look at it.

I have been using BitTorent for 5-6 years and many seeding torrents.
I had the same problem before new year and it turned out that the firewall settings were changed. After the "repair" everything fell into place. Try uTorent-version 2.2.1 as recommended by me. Good luck my friend! :h:

Hello everyone, I have used several suggestions, one of which is using torrent client version 2.2.1 and using custom settings.
It seems like this is a problem on my internet connection, I have disabled the firewall.
Do I need to use vpn for seeding? Thanks

Before it was normal, but since a week ago I feel strange.
And I feel that I have not installed any new applications at all.

I suspect your RAM is too low..

My advice:
Try to cut down your torrent by 500 torrents.
But don't delete the files and the .torrent from hdd.
Just .torrent from your client.
