What other software that i can use aside from crystal office winlock. i need to prevent users to change settings without using gpedit or regedit. Thank you so much

What became clear to me is that you need to prevent users from changing Windows settings.
What is not clear to me is:

...without using gpedit or regedit.

What do you want from these 3 options?:

a) you want the settings to only be changed via gpedit or regedit.
b) you don't want the settings to be changed even using gpedit or regedit.
c) the solution you are looking for so that the settings is not changed is without using gpedit or regedit, that is, using a third-party app.
