Locked Re-seed torrent file again after change sistem,is it possible?

Hello, I have some files that I previously downloaded from the site, can I re-seed them? and how to do it?
I should mention that I changed the system and my torrent client was deleted of course, so I only have files, I don't have torrents, please anyone
