Update Windows Build Version

I am using the latest win 10 and I still cannot get the new printscreen + the clipboard stuff. I think its because of the build version(?). How to update?

Its also something you must learn how things work.
Im on thios version right now and its fine..
Google for how to use printscreen etc.

Maybe install Lightshot or Faststone Capture and you will forget and you will forget about Printscreen
