Video Copilot Optical Flares

Hi all!, I don't know if i'm old or blind or both but I've been searching for this Video Copilot Optical Flares here and on the net but cannot seem to find it, it's a plug-in for Adobe After Effects. If anyone has it or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it! Thank you!
