I'm trying to install direct x but apparently there's a problem with NET framework, i go try fix that and i find that NET 4.5 is installed but it's not activated, and i can't activate it because windows features is not there!
how to fix that pls?

I had this version for my games for awhile & I just switched over to this version:-

Thanks for the answer, but that build doesn't come with Xbox apps and i have game pass so it's not good for me. Anyways it's appreciated the retroalimentacion.
