FBConan if any chance to link "Apps and features" in right menu to control panel and "programs and features", for uninstall programs, this options work only from control panel and programs and features.
Implement in new version or tell us how to link this options in this version.

@FBConan, is there a way to integrate drivers or slipstream drivers to the ISO in the installation?
I tried integrating the drivers with the methods below and had no luck with it. Is there a way to circumvent the issue?

When I try to integrate drivers via NTLite in the boot menu, it shows the error below and I'm unable to save the image.

Other than that, tried adding the drivers into the ISO folder and saved the image.
But, I'm unable to access the driver selection menu in the installation menu because of the error below.

Get all the available drivers for your laptop/motherboard form the manifacturer's site. Install them all.
If you have a separate graphics card then get and install the latest drivers for that too.

I use my builds as my daily drivers on all my laptops, and you are welcome to try it for yours as well. Up to you. (I make my builds with laptops in mind, since that is what I use)

I've installed these builds on laptops with Intel gpu, radeon gpu, and Nvidia GPU, have been able to install, and use graphics control panels, including adjusting display color, brightness, saturation etc, on all of my machines. I hope you can get it working, if not, there are plenty of other builds of Windows available to you on this Forum. (Also, there are no components of .NET Framework removed, for software compatibility reasons I leave it fully in tact.) You can install visual c++ runtimes if you need them without issue as well. (and DirectX Legacy)

Yes, the issue is related to the removed SNMP trap service, I messaged you about the issue, and thanks for letting me know. I will make sure to include the service in the future (if I release another build)

Could you please create a Windows 10 Home version of CompactLite
Or any way to convert this Windows 10 Pro to Home?

Like we have in regular windows versions.

If you carefully read the description, the update service is included, for reasons like downloading language packs, MS Store apps, Windows auto driver downloads, etc. Security and Feature updates have been disabled, to keep this OS stable, and light.

i have tried it.
windows explorer, torrent, idm, task manager, etc cannot be closed.

I've never had these issues, sorry to hear. I think I messaged you as well about it. Hope you can get it working on this build, or perhaps you can try another great light build available to you on this forum.

Please read the description carefully next time. You are downloading a pre made Windows, not one you can request customization to. And search is not removed, just disabled. It's up to you to figure out how to enable it again if you really want to, but I include an alternative that uses less resources, and gives faster results already. Or perhaps try another light build of windows.

Even after installing all chinese language packs, i am not able to type in chinese. Do you have any advice regarding this? Thank you. This is a awesome build and runnng smooth.

Install missing Asian fonts, @Charlie_Grimes has shared the fonts you will need to add to get Asian language fonts display working correctly. I messaged you this as well.

But why you removed Windows DEVENDER
and serch box

It's lite Windows. Lots of stuff is removed to give it Enhanced Performance, and use less resources than stock Windows. There are many alternatives to MS Defender out there, that will most likely work better for you, if you are willing to experiment.

beautiful about it, yeah, I know that makes no sense.

I too find a special connection to those pictures, especially having lived in the Mountains for a while (I appreciate Nature greatly) and having a young daughter.

I just realise that SEARCH doesnt work at all!
I tried on two different PCs, and reinstalled Windows again, and SEARCH dont work!

Any help pelase?
