i have active tpm with 2 ghz dual core processor, 4gb ram but i am using windows 10 in secure mode disabled mode. and i have checked that windows 11 need secure mode enabled.and before i enable secure boot i will have to convert mbr to gpt partition to install windows in secure mode enabled. and it will erase my data. now my question is can i install windows 11 without erasing data in secure mode disabled mode in mbr partition type?

Have you ever heard of backing up all your data first before installing any windows.

Use this turing the upgrade installation to bypass the TPM or secure boot

Another tricky solution is
Just press Windows+R, and type regedit to get the Registry Editor up.
From there, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup from the top bar, and right-click the main panel, selecting create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Call it AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU and set its value to 1.
You're now eligible for the Windows 11 upgrade.

You can also use the MBR2GPT.exe built in tool that Windows ships with, which enables you to convert an mbr to gpt without data loss.

Like @TheMacGyver said before doing any of this you should back up your data.

Find the related information below.

@Jerry_Xristos also provided you with an "official" work around from MSFT by editing the registry to bypass Windows 11 recommended hardware requirements.
