Okay first I did not disable the language service I only delete all those languages listed to be the default or the only left is english only and also I did not delete the language support maybe you just manually perform it. Second yes I deleted all keyboard languages except us as default..

Well to be clear, as i remember. The Language Service was disabled, in the Services-Option of Windows. I had to put in on manual / automatic would work too, but isnt necessary.
