This Iso Contains Multi Editions of Windows 7, All of Them in native English,

So, As far as I know You Can't Change Language of That Windows '' I mean here by changing the language, the interface ''
But if you mean with the language, the keyboard in which you will write, Then I will tell you that you can add any keyboard you like

I managed to change the boot win it's en fr-fr + us-us I'll see to put another tongue not all a lot of work tell me where you want if I can do it
