An easy way is to use Flashboot Pro to install win 7 in a 10ht genarator Intel.
Go to manufactrure site for more details.
Another way is to replace boot.wim (from win 7) with boot.wim from windows 10 to bypass your system.
Same with bootmgr.efi

Better find out a boot.wim with intergrated drivers.
NVME and USB3 drivers are the most common issue, so better grab a boot.wim from a Gen2 build.

I did it, with win7 esd version, which is using boot.wim from win10 but unfortunately it only works with 9th gen
