Do you see any previous comments complaining of slow speed. NO. I DOUBT any OS affects net speed..

I have tried it and its slow. the internet has millions of posts about this issue.

also how can get a ratio of 0.4 if no one downloads of me? makes no sense.

Why bother wtih windows 8.1 its one of the worst builds that Microsoft ever publish (personal opinion).
Have a look at windows 10 LTSC 2021 and windows 11.

You will get a ratio below 0.4 if you are not seeding, no matter if someone else is downloading from you.

I dont get the ratio thing. if i download say a windows iso then i just leave the bitrrorent client running forever even if no one bothers to download of me? but if no one is downloading of me mean my ration will never be 0.4.

Thank you for uploading. This comes in handy. They say 8.1 is the worst not true.

Win8.1 the last modern lightweight OS and the least oppressive too. (But LTSC is probably best for most).

Just needs startisback to be like Win7,10,11. No big deal.

Never experienced slow internet on 8.1 OS. That is a user/hardware/driver issue.
