That is probably because your pc was not intended to run WIndows 8.1 but Windows 10 originally. I've been there. When No drivers found.

It is struggling download speed seems to be very slow. (Stalled). Is it because the time of day or no seeders? First time happening. I'm at 0% at the moment.

However, public source works very well.
