the difference is that Neon v2 is 23H2 this Windows is 22H2

I'm not very tech savvy, so I have a quick question.... Would I be able to install and run Adobe Creative Cloud on this OS? I've had issues installing it on another stripped-down Windows 11 and I'm trying to understand why that is the case.
