after reinstalling windows and adding all of my programs I used aomei backupper to take a known good backup and then used it to create a PE recovery environment to restore that backup if need be

most updates for software are very minor fixes. You can run the latest version available on the site and when or if a new version becomes available here at teamos you are free to download. Just don't try updating a fixed version of software from here as it will break the fix

no you'll break the registration of the software from here

Acronis has never let me down. If you have a WD or Scandisk drive you can dl a WD ver free and it's not as bulky.

I used Macrium .. looks and works great, and it depends on individual preferences as some people like Macrium, some people like Acronis and some people like Terabyte .. bla bla bla
