One question, how to make new file like notepad in the desktop or anywhere else using right click and new files like usual?

Because everything else are there, but only notepad not available.

Should we make it in regedit? Do you have any tutorial?

It might be in the start menu under, Windows Accessories or Apps.

@scorpionz, this is what I found.

Right-click to bring up the standard Windows 11 or 10 context menu and select the
Show more options entry at the end. You can also use the Shift + F10 keyboard shortcut.

click the notepad options, It should show up the next time you right click.
