I have a problem with this build.. displayswitcher was disable. How to reenable it. I can't use external monitor.

I can use external monitor I just reinstalled the graphic. The problem still persists though. Displayswitcher is not working windows+p. Did you perhaps disable it and how can I turn it back on again?

I haven't disabled anything but as you can see a lot of have been removed so.............................
