Moved to Help & Request Section... @hsb123 ... you might want to add a few more details, Like which windows (From here?) or which software you installed (from here?) you could also try to take a screenshot of the 2 files.. More info might get you better help... As stated in this thread, https://www.teamos.xyz/threads/read-this-before-posting-here-follow-the-guidelines-please.51753/

Blacklist it?

Try this. I've used it before and it works most of the time. Good Luck

Start by taking ownership of the files. Then you will have full access permissions.
Google will tell you how to take ownership.

An alternative solution:
Download a linux distro, burn the iso in a usb flash drive with rufus, boot from usb find the disk with windows you have install and delete the files.

I would be cautious of using Linux bootable disks as they may not mount or dismout ntfs drives correctly, especially one that may have any issues like errors or bad sectors. They may also cause ownership issues when back in windows.

Every Method of deleting the file has been mentioned, and the rest is up to you to test it and report back
  1. Deleting from Hiren Boot is a good idea
  2. So, is using an Unlocker to unlock them if it protected
  3. Taking an Ownership of the file back is a better option than 1 but not as 2 with regard to time spent on the file alone.
  4. Use Linux as the last option since there is a dismount of NTFS problem [Well, if you know what you do, then there is no problem, but if you don't, then tread carefully.]
All these options are based on just assumptions, but a more clear response is only possible if you tell us in detail about what has happened along with SS

@hsb123 ok lets start ... ALL ABOVE will NOT work...

you have 2 options :

1) You simply have to rename the parent folder and then rename it back.and the file is deleted.
For example: The 0 byte file is located in D:\Folder\File.txt
So rename the Folder D:\Folder to D:\Folder2 and then back to D:\Folder
Look into D:\Folder and File.txt won’t be there.

2) go and read + download the program to remove these 2 files now :)
let it scan and when it is asking to pay do not pay because you only need it 1 time to remove that virus :)
tell me when it have work ...
