I used an older version which suddenly expired recently. I uninstalled it and installed your version here (your setup, not adobe cloud), but I still get the expired message when running the program.
I tried several times and made sure all files related to Photoshop were deleted.

How can I fix this?

Try Cleaning the regkeys in Registry Editor.
