Thank you for sharing ,but as generative is greyed ,I read from zd net article that version must "Look for version 24.6.x and a build greater or equal to m2818: " so I think that is the point
or if anyone can use generative fill please inform us

You can update program from Adobe Creative Cloud and apply fix from Adobe Photoshop 2023 24.5.0.500 (x64) from team os, i just did it this morning and its working again.

You may have Adobe servers blocked in your host file, from a previous installation
