You have provided no useful information so we can only guess at your problem.

If you are having trouble opening an archive then make sure that you are using an up to date version of a reliable app.
You should not have any problems if you use 7zip, Winzip or Winrar.
Whichever you choose, make sure that you have the latest version.

Perhaps your anti-virus app is causing problems. Check its log.
You might need to create exceptions (whitelist) for files that it does not like.
Or you could try disabling it whilst you install the app.

I apologize for the delayed response, however the issue is not with the file and has now been resolved. The issue is that the files takes longer than an hour to extract, which is out of the unusual. I detected that my hard drive is corrupted when I looked over my task manager and saw that my drive was overloading at 100% even though I had only used 16GB of the disk's 200GB+.

I further verified this by extracting the file using my other hard drive, and it worked flawlessly.
