You answered yourself, the reason is Softether VPN, and more specifically his driver, most probably.

Edit:

It is also possible that the reason is automatic updates and drivers from Microsoft.

Little googling points heavily towards your VPN client:
VPN - VPN Client
Product NameVPN Client Adapter - VPN
Service NameNeo_VPN
ManufacturerSoftEther Corporation
I would suggest uninstalling that first and see if the problem continues

I assume that SeLow_x64.sys is part of SoftEther VPN.
A minute on Google told me that BSOD is a common problem with this VPN if free memory is low.

Have you disabled virtual memory (paging file)?
Are you using a custom OS with virtual memory disabled?
If your app is exceeding your physical memory (RAM) limit, then it will probably crash if you do not have a paging file.

Some essential steps:
1- Use Untouched Windows 11 64 bit with no tweaks applied or components removed.
2- Don't use VPN for a while and see the result.
3- Install the most needed applications only.
4- Update all your drivers and keep your windows updated.
5- Use the Windows Defender with no 3rd party security.

I hope these essential steps help. Regards.

1. Try uninstalling SE VPN first then download SE VPN Win11 version, Ive'd tried this last few months and its not having a problem (My friend's PC).
2. Maybe give a try for thermal paste? I think its thin now.

I am also on Ghost Spectre Win11 x64 WPE Version. I have a core i5 4th gen, and 12gb ddr3, I have no problems with a lag issue, did you disable any thing in the "Ghost Toolbox" under GPU and CPU security settings?
I agree with trying to uninstall vpn as said above as it does have a strong indication to the SElow bsod problem.

Try using GPU-Z program and see if this isn't a Fake NVIDIA card
this might explain the driver issues
Graphics Card | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4.0 GB)

External Link to GPU-Z app
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/

get the drivers for your monitor, isn't the refresh rate too high?
Monitor | Generic PnP Monitor (1920 x 1080 @ 239 Hz)

If you cant lower your refresh rate,
you'll need higher quality cables - not the ones that comes with your monitor

Your image shows that you are using a SUPERLITE operating system. That means that you have no real idea of what has been removed or modified in it.
I agree with @Mr Grimbahir, use an unmodified OS.

i correct you on this that ghost spectre does not disable any gpu or cpu settings itself, it gives you the choice to do so. such as mitigation and hpet

i have never used the superlite, due to enough system resources its not needed, you can go for the compact version without defender.
and it could be due the superlite version that you are having a driver crash. I suggest re installing with compact and test from there.

Any OS described as "original, the way Microsoft intended" will do the job.
I wouldn't normally recommend a specific build but this has gone on long enough without getting very far.

There is this one, and many others that fit the bill

Try the Home version unless you are sure that you need Pro features.
