"run" and "search" are different. try a "search" for "cmd" right click and select "run as administrator" then type in "gpedit.msc". it works fine under win10 and win7. very simple instructions. +1 to the op.windows 10. not working.

Just let users know that this may not work in Windosw 10 Home Edition. And like ianmb say in any not on 7 Home Edition.
