As you didn't followed the hit and rules, your torrent downloading rights have been disabled. Fix your Hit and Run Torrents to re-enable the Torrent Download permissions.

The issue has been resolved but please and this goes for all of us, we need to remember that IF someone zaps Hit&Runs the server takes a while to clear them as it checks at specific intervals. The thread will close. Also, remember to use the ticketing system (at the top), it will work faster.
