Installed it, ran my Hrvatski keyboard layout app, Rainmeter + TaskbarX skin, nvidia drivers, chrome, and My GSecurity script (after which I had to reinstall Store). Everything works ok, except I can't remove en-us layout. The languages option is missing.

For the startisback, you can reboot if you experience that or install the latest one.
For the task manager, if you are concerned about the CPU, RAM, and WIFI usage, I think you enable the windows to update, and it loads all the drivers. That's why your RAM, CPU, and WIFI usage spikes. Just let it finish its job.
